Dr. Hieronimus' efforts to see that Negro League players get the recognition they deserve has been covered in USA Today, Baseball America, Beckett Baseball Monthly, Sports Collectors Digest, Baltimore Sun, San Francisco Examiner, and others. Elite Giants played in the Baltimore City Little League in the 1993 season thanks to funding raised by Hieronimus & Co., Inc. At the start of the season twelve Negro League veterans autographed Little League bats, balls, and tickets to help raise funds to pay for the project.
